What kind of clear resin can I use to make Aquarium decorations?

I have seen plastic plants to put in the aquarium and it was waited down with gravel rocks glued together with some kind of clear resin. It was very pretty. What kind of clear resin can I use to make Aquarium decorations?
It was worth looking up as I didn't know either.

you mean like that, how there's a weight at the bottom made out of resin material (the same stuff as the plastic castles and sunken ships etc etc) that looks like rocks?

not really sure there's any way that you can make that at home..

you could do like a cornstarch mold and pour resin mix (at home improvment stores) and make you own..

but i have no idea if that stuff is aquarium safe or not..
