I own a DIY site and I would like to start making bottlecap pendent necklaces but I don't have time to get to the store to get resin or diamond glaze. So I was wondering if a few coats of clear nail polish would work the same way?Does clear nailpolish work the same as resin when making bottlecap Pendants?
