I'm not sure if this is what you want? Junkitz do some clear rounds, squares, buttons and tabz (sic) in association with Tim Holtz which can be altered using Ranger inks. The trade supplier Scrapbookworld had some but have just announced they are closing down and I see the stock is sold out. Try searching - Junkitz Tim Holtz mosaic - to find a stockist.
Buy some resin and make your own. All you need is a mold...get some polymer clay...find a ring that is the size that you want to copy...press it into the clay...bake the clay @ the recommended time and viola!....you have a mold to make your own resin rings! Michael's craft store sells resin and may even sell the molds!
There is a chain of hobby shops called HOBBYCRAFT.

Tryt their website for your nearest branch in the UK.
Try somewhere like Hobbycraft.
